CreatStrat is built for people who care where their data goes. We keep this simple: we collect only what you choose to send us, and we use it to talk to you about working together and to market our own service.

01Who we are

This site, creatstrat.com, is operated by CreatStrat Inc. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “CreatStrat,” that's who we mean. If you have any question about your information, email team@creatstrat.com.

02What we collect

We only collect what you actively submit. There is no account system and no hidden data capture. Specifically:

• When you fill in the Apply form: your name, email, brand name, brand URL, your monthly ad-spend range, the tier you're interested in, and whatever you write about your creative bottleneck. One hidden field also records which page you applied from, so we know what brought you in.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.

We do not ask for, or want, sensitive personal information. Please don't send it.

03How we use it

We use the information you send us to:

• Reply to your application or message and assess whether we're a fit;
• Prepare for a call and, if you become a client, onboard your account; and
• Understand which parts of this site bring in the right brands.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for unrelated advertising. Ever.

04Cookies & similar technologies

We may use cookies, analytics, and advertising pixels (such as those provided by platforms like Meta or Google) to understand how the site is used, improve it, and reach relevant audiences with our own marketing. These tools may collect standard technical information such as your device type, pages visited, and approximate location.

You can limit or block cookies through your browser settings, and the major ad platforms offer their own opt-out controls. Where the law requires it, we'll ask for your consent before using these technologies.

05Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run this site — website hosting, form processing, email, and the analytics or advertising tools described above — and only so they can provide those services on our behalf, under their own privacy and security terms.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We'll never hand it over casually.

06How long we keep it

We keep applications and correspondence for as long as we're in contact and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you come back. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask (see section 8) and we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.

07Where it's processed

Our hosting and email providers are based in the United States, so if you contact us from elsewhere, your information may be processed there. By submitting it, you understand that.

08Your choices & rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK or California), you may have formal rights to access, deletion, and portability. To exercise any of these, email team@creatstrat.com and we'll take care of it.

09Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to the information you send us and limit who can see it. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated.

10Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above. If the change is significant, we'll do our best to flag it.
