CreatStrat is built for people who care where their data goes. We keep this simple: we collect only what you choose to send us, and we use it to provide the brand analysis you request, talk to you about the product, and improve our service.

01Who we are

This site, creatstrat.com, is operated by CreatStrat Inc. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “CreatStrat,” that's who we mean. If you have any question about your information, email team@creatstrat.com.

02What we collect

We only collect what you actively submit. There is no hidden data capture. Specifically:

• When you request a Free Creative Gap Scan: your email and product page URL. One hidden field records which page the request came from.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• When you subscribe: your email, brand name, the plan you configure, and your brand-onboarding answers. Your payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe and never reach our servers.

We do not ask for, or want, sensitive personal information. Please don't send it.

03How we use it

We use the information you send us to:

• Prepare the analysis you requested, reply to your message, and assess whether the product may fit your team;
• Prepare your free analysis and, if you subscribe, set up your workspace; and
• Understand which parts of this site bring in the right brands.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for unrelated advertising. Ever.

04Cookies & similar technologies

We may use cookies, analytics, and advertising pixels (such as those provided by platforms like Meta or Google) to understand how the site is used, improve it, and reach relevant audiences with our own marketing. These tools may collect standard technical information such as your device type, pages visited, and approximate location.

You can limit or block cookies through your browser settings, and the major ad platforms offer their own opt-out controls. Where the law requires it, we'll ask for your consent before using these technologies.

05Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run this site and our app: website hosting and form processing (Netlify), application hosting (Vercel), our application database (Supabase), transactional email (Resend), and payment processing (Stripe). Each provides those services on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We'll never hand it over casually.

06How long we keep it

We keep analysis requests and correspondence for as long as we're in contact and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you come back. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask (see section 8) and we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.

07Where it's processed

Our hosting and email providers are based in the United States, so if you contact us from elsewhere, your information may be processed there. By submitting it, you understand that.

08Your choices & rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK or California), you may have formal rights to access, deletion, and portability. To exercise any of these, email team@creatstrat.com and we'll take care of it.

09Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to the information you send us and limit who can see it. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated.

10Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above. If the change is significant, we'll do our best to flag it.
